From the point of view of Vedic Astrology, I explore
the shadow sides of personality as a part of ourselves.
I think about the inner, inextricable connection with the Totem that exists regardless of whether it is accepted or not.
It's about the very animal component inside us
that controls the entire unconscious part of consciousness: fears, preferences and, often, choices.
TOTEM is such a mystical, mysterious word
that throws us back into the world of shamanism and shamanic practices.
The TOTEM has so many meanings and interpretations in the modern world.
The TOTEM is an animal of power. Is it our enemy or our ally?
The personal picture is the final chord in the inner work,
when the TOTEM becomes a conscious and "accepted" part of ourselves.
When a person gratefully accepts
the vast experience and path of the soul,
enclosed in the image of an animal or plant.
That's when the picture becomes
a source of strength and inspiration.
While searching for my totem, I found out that my totem is a tree. This is how the painting "Inspiration" was born,
reflecting this search and acceptance.
She's different from the others, probably because,
as for my personal path.
A frequent element in paintings is a bright glow, a symbol of the light of the soul.
And how obvious it is that the darker the surroundings, the brighter this light, the more noticeable it is!
It is this element that is the inner question: who is the main one here?
Totem, personality or Soul?
Who or what is the master in decision-making, choice, and life in general?
The mission of her work is to reunite the soul, personality and totem.
And the very first question along the way is: "What kind of TOTEM do I have?"
